Nitoflex SN Mould
Nitoflex SN Mould is a two part pourable grade silicone which cures at room temperature to produce long-lasting flexible moulds of high mechanical strength. The hardened Nitoflor SN Mould components are waterproof and resistant to weathering and ageing.
Main uses
Nitoflor SN Moulds are normally available in the following grades: Soft, Medium and Hard.
A special accelerator can be supplied, if the ambient temperature is below 10oC, which when mixed with Nitoflex SN Mould components promotes fast cure, thus reducing the de-moulding time.
A thixotropic grade could be made available as a complimentary for casting by embossing. A thixotropic grade is particularly useful for vertical moulds which cannot be removed and also for skim mould for economic reasons.
Nitoflex SN Mould can be used many times. It is not unusual for a single mould to be re-used 200 times, depending upon the conditions and type of casting materials.
