Cemtop FM30
Cemtop FM30 is an all-round self-levelling floor compounds used for straightening and leveling of indoor concrete floors as underlaying material for many different types of surfaces, e.g. tiles, wooden floors, carpets, vinyl sheeting, where there is a need for a larger thickness. Cemtop FM30 is suitable for residential and commercial buildings, for new construction or refurbishment projects as well as a underlaying material for Cemtop FM10.

Main uses
Cemtop FM30 is a cement based, fast setting and flowing (pumpable) mortar, that can be laid in large, seam-free areas, thickness 2-30 mm.
Advantages
- Can be applied in layer thickness up to 30 mm
- Self-leveling and self-curing
- free areas can be performed quickly and efficiently
- Fast setting - allows foot traffic after 1-3 hours
- For thicknesses up to 10 mm the treatment coating can be started after 1 day
- Only add water
