Cemax 486NG is a high performance grinding aid, pack set inhibitor, and strength improving chemical additive for the production of Portland and other hydraulic cements.
Advantages
The main advantages of Cemax 486NG are its ability to increase both grinding efficiency and cement strength better than other products in the markets:
- Effectively reduces cement agglomeration and balls and liners coating for better grinding efficiency.
- Increases cement early and late strength by up to 20%.
- Highly improves cement mill output up to 30% at the same cement fineness.
- Reduces clinker content in cement by at least 3% without reducing the overall strength of cement, depending on the process parameters, type of cement and cement fineness.
- Improves cement dry flowability and reduce Pack Set
