Fosroc India recently held a seminar in Bhubaneswar-Orissa, India on "Durable and Sustainable Solutions" for residential and commercial buildings with over 150 attendees including architects, consultants, builders & developers.

The main purpose of the event was to raise awareness and highlight technologies that can enhance durability & sustainability of a building structure with the use of various constructive solutions.

The seminar was based on a number of premium Fosroc solutions:

• Concrete admixture to improve the building lifespan and durability with the use of Fosroc's Conplast/Auramix/Auracast admixture.
• Waterproofing solutions, such as Fosroc's innovative pre-applied waterproofing system, Proofex Engage, to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability of a building structure.
• Well-proven car park deck solutions, such as the Trafikguard system that is primarily designed for optimum performance, balancing both durability and downtime against cost in both new construction and maintenance works.
• The use of Fosroc Polyurea solution for landscape waterproofing of podiums providing protection against root resistance, ingress of water or chemicals to ensure the long-term durability of the building asset
