HORSUPAL's Mission to Develop Low-CO₂ Concrete Admixtures
Fosroc Euco, S.A.U. is carrying out the HORSUPAL project as part of the Hazitek program, promoted by SPRI (the Basque Business Development Agency) under the Basque Government.
The main objective of HORSUPAL is to develop a range of admixtures for low-CO₂ concrete made with recycled aggregates.
