Level 3 Training: Upskilling Fosroc Sales, Technical & Specification Teams
Fosroc India successfully conducted its intensive L3 Training program from May 12th to May 17th, 2025. This comprehensive internal capability building initiative brought together 28 team members from Sales, Specification, and technical departments, reinforcing Fosroc India focus on knowledge enhancement and cross-functional collaboration.
The six-day program was structured into two key modules - theoretical learning and practical demonstrations - aimed at strengthening technical understanding and application expertise across product categories.
Four Day Theory Sessions - Bengaluru Experience Centre
Held at Fosroc India Bengaluru Experience Centre, the initial four days focused on in-depth theoretical sessions. Subject matter experts and segment managers led the participants through detailed discussions across key business areas.
Practical Training Session - Bengaluru Factory
The final two days transitioned participants from theory to practice, with live product demonstrations and application workshops conducted at Fosroc India Bengaluru factory. This hands-on training allowed attendees to experience product usage techniques, troubleshoot common site challenges, and gain real world insights from application experts.
