Ayanna IT Park is located in Kondapur, Hyderabad and offers 450.000 sq. ft. of commercial space. It, now, is recognized as one of Hyderabad's awe-inspiring and IT parks. It is built fully with precast technology. It was required to comply with international quality standards and energy efficiency, as the park was to offer world-class infrastructure facilities and services, to its clientele.
THE SOLUTION
Fosroc proposed its highly durable and tough waterproofing solution with Fosroc Polyurea WH200 for the podium and roof, for an area of around 7,500 sqm.
Considering that the structure was in precast, Polyurea WH200 was ideal for the pronounced movements in the joints, lending high durability. The system also offers higher tensile and elongation property.

Right specification by Fosroc technical team, followed by application monitoring and assistance on-site & application control was highly appreciated by the client’s engineers, achieving a quality and an ‘on time’ application.
