THE PROJECT
Aparna Zenith Located in close proximity to the IT hub / financial district in Hyderabad at Gachibowli, Nallagandla,. It is a gated community of high end residential apartments. With a lake nearby, the entire projects is landscaped to suit the surrounding water body, as its theme. The project’s open pathways, stepped gardens and other elements are designed with a ‘wave’ theme. This required robust waterproofing scheme and a tight specification that needed to comply with to international eco-friendly standards. The project also needed a gold rating by IGBC.
The project is constructed on a total area of 25 Acres with G+25 Floors, requiring 10,000 sq.m. of waterproofing.
THE SOLUTION
Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF for Podium and Terrace, which has a lot of reference built up in Hyderabad and many projects in India. Nitoproof 600PF is a single component, waterproofing systems which is pitch-free that suited the compliance to IGBC needs.
THE BENEFIT
Continuous monitoring at the site by Fosroc team of the spray application using PU- machine helped the applicator to achieve the timelines that was appreciated by the clients.
