Job Description
ESSENTIAL
• To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business
• To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products
• Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager
• To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary
SECONDARY
• To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests
• Breaking competitors’ specifications and increasing the customer base
• Maximise margins and cash
Role Description
Support & assist Area sales managers / Zonal Manager / TM for development of all aspects of admixture business of the branch.
Key Skills and Experiences
1 - 4 years of working experience in projects. Knowledge of Concrete Industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / B.Sc
