Fosroc - Proud Sponsors of The Basil Skyers Myeloma Foundation
Fosroc International is proud to be sponsoring The Basil Skyers Myeloma Foundation event this August.
The foundation provides services and practical support for patients with multiple myeloma, a type of bone marrow cancer. Each year in the UK, nearly 4,800 people are diagnosed with multiple myeloma and is the second most common yet little known blood cancer.
Fosroc are sponsoring a team of six cyclists who are attempting to ride from John O’Groats to Lands End in seven days to raise awareness of the charity. John O’Groats to Land’s End is an iconic long distance ride and spans the length of mainland UK from the countryside of northern Scotland to the beaches of Cornwall.
Speaking about this sponsorship, Viv Anderson, MBE Patron of the charity said: " I would like to express my deepest thanks and gratitude on behalf of the Foundation, to all of the sponsors who have come on board.
