Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end Implementing HRMS system with support from Country HR Head on scope and implementation schedule.
  • Responsible for design and training of employees on HRMS system and Super User responsibility.
  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of HRMS software and SPoC for all system coordinates and up gradation / query management.
  • Responsible for designing reporting formats to provide accurate, timely information in a clear concise manner.
  • End to End Mapping of HR Data across HR verticals and provide detail insights on various HR aspects with regard to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership, Career History for effective decision making.
  • Creating, maintaining, extracting and compiling people information from the system as required from Business.
  • Provide timely support on Payroll, comp & Ben with regard to Employees input as and when required.
  • Post training feedback follow-up on feedback for training delivered.
  • Responsible for Complete HRMIS Dashboard
  • Single point of contact (Super User) for HRMS software / system related queries pertaining to HR.

Key Skills and Experiences

Minimum 4 years, of hard-core MIS reporting and HRMS Super User Experience.
High level expertise in MS excel skills
Ability to understand functional concepts requirements.
Ability to think in a structured manner and logically.
Inquisitiveness to learn and grow
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work with under time pressure.
Ability to generate varied graphs and reports
Effective written and Presentation skills

Any degree with minimum 5 years of work experience in MIS reporting on Pan India basis.
