Role Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

  •  Monthly report of activity and planned actions in line with objectives and KPI’s via business plan document
  • Communication within team to ensure product group budget is achieved and help towards their objectives and company’s overall objectives and target’s
  • Maintain project funnel added and managed on Project Tracker
  • Carry out training and tool box talks for contractors
  • Develop the client base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the client needs and differentiate Fosroc from the competition

  • Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales with the waterproofing sector
  • Able to complete a business plan, and execute business objectives
  • Understanding and experience  of the UK construction sector, and its internal drivers including different construction methods
  • Communication skills, computer literate and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Drive, tenacity and results orientated
  • UK driving licence

  • CSSW qualification
