Role Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Waterproofing sales budget – volume and margin
  • Monthly report of activity and planned actions in line with objectives and KPI’s via business plan document
  • Develop the client base further to add additional revenue  streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the client needs and differentiate Fosroc from the competition
  • Engagement with key influencers within product group and in line with growth objectives – technical presentations and product training
  • To communicate both technical and commercial advantages of products leading to value engineered solutions for project requirements
  • Assist in mentoring and developing  regional specification team and area sales manager network
  • To manage the Fosroc Waterproofing Alliance Scheme (contractor additions / certificate renewals)

  • CSSW qualified
  • Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales with the waterproofing sector
  • Able to complete a business plan, and execute business objectives
  • Understanding of construction sector, and its internal drivers including different construction methods
  • Communication skills, computer literate and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Drive, tenacity and results orientated
  • UK driving licence


  • Competitor knowledge
  • Product knowledge, how Fosroc products fit within the construction industry
  • Marketing awareness able to develop the Fosroc position
