Role Description

Key areas of Responsibility

  •  Management of admixture product group objectives and goals. Measuring against KPI`s set annually and monthly
  • Write and implement admixture strategy business plan, review progress on a regular basis
  • Develop the customer base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the customer problems and differentiate the company from the competition.
  • Manage key contacts with strategic business partners and customers, developing them to partnership status
  • Provide a monthly report on progress against KPI`s and business objectives, whilst suggesting further objectives to improve position
  • Maintain sector project banks to national targets and develop the quality of opportunities
  • Interact with other Fosroc personnel and departments, helping them achieve their objectives and company`s overall objectives and targets including product development

  • Leadership and influencing skills, ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales
  • Able to write and execute a business plan identifying key milestones, objectives and performance areas to achieve overall goal
  • Experience in Admixture and Surface Treatment industry
  • Understanding of construction sector, and its internal drivers
  • Communication skills; computer literate and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Drive. Tenacity and results orientated
  • UK driving licence


  • Financial awareness
  • Product knowledge, how Fosroc products fit within the construction industry
  • Marketing awareness able to develop the Fosroc position
  • Relevant product development experience resulting in business growth
