Job Description

To control & take care of administration & legal compliance of factory by assisting factory Manager.

Role Description

To Maintain Compliance Register for Ankleshwar Factory and support Factory Manager in getting renewals

Ensure good networking with Local consultants and service providers for necessary regulatory requirements.

To verify and check all bills - Travel, Contract manpower, consumable and other misc exp.

Assist Factory Manager in preparing monthly and annual reports and improving the indices

Security and Contract Manpower Controls including tracking renewals (including external warehouse renewals)

Arranging / Controlling / Maintaining the quality of Food and travel facilities

To maintain documentation of regulatory compliance with various govt dept like GPCB/FI/GEB/GIDC/ETL etc. by maintaining good relation with them

To maintain attendance of staff and contract workers through TAMS and Checking bills of contractors.

To maintain Legal documentation of ISO 14001 / ISO 9001.

To maintain 5S and housekeeping factory premises.

Internal auditing and external audit documentation and keeping tracks.

Key Skills and Experiences

A Graduate with Min. 3-5 years’ experience in similar field. 

PG Diploma  /  MBA (may be distance learning) in Admin or HR can have added advantage

Good Communication skills

Good computer skills

Good Soft skills
