Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

¨

To write down specifications incorporating our products and ensure that the same cannot be easily broken by competitors

¨

To ensure that specifications written covers complete range of products along with drawings if required

¨

To sell specification packages to consultants and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self

¨

Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants and create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications

¨

Breaking the competitors specifications for projects on ground and get the approvals or our products for business conversion

 

Crete Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank

SECONDARY

¨

Keep watch on competition and up-date time to time for strategic move to counter competition

¨

Conduct In house presentations for Key specifiers and consultants for product up-date to the group

¨

Keep updating the consultant’s data bank

¨

Participate in technical events like ACCE, REDECON, ICI, IE meetings

Role Description

To be responsible for all aspects of specification jobs which includes writing specification packages/ ensuring that the specifications written are given impetus and thrust especially with technical community including opinion makers  for all products (excluding   cement Grinding aids) and help the sales team in running projects for getting specified new products with consultants/clients & and also to break the competitor specifications..

Key Skills and Experiences

Civil Engineering with 6+ years of experience in  Specifications in CC industry or Building Material industry

Good communication and presentation skills.
