Follow up on all assigned customers, projects and prospects and feedback progress into the project tracking process Develop network of contacts that will feed prospects and opportunities into the project tracking process
Submit detailed quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans showing how sales targets are to be achieved
Submit rolling material sales forecast to assist with stock and supply chain planning
Management of specific key accounts with the key account process
Monitor receivable collection within the area and follow up rigorously on all collections
Work within the approved pricing structure between applicator, contractor and end user for the market sectors
Track and document the activities of competitors, customers(direct and indirect) and clients
Generate new product development ideas and participate in innovation projects as required
Key Skills and Experiences
Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or building or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years sales experience in chemical environment selling high specification industrial products with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar industry.
Or Minimum 3 yrs working experience working in the Building and Construction industry.
Able to work under pressure and promote good teamwork with other colleague & division member
