Transferring your personal information outside the European Economic Area – European users only

In order to process information submitted by you (for instance in a Contacts Form) through any of our Sites and to provide any information or assistance requested by you, the information you provide to us will be stored on Fosroc servers outside Europe, currently located in Singapore, and by submitting information you consent to this transfer of data. Your information may also be transferred to other countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  By way of example, this may happen if one of our service providers is located in a country outside of the EEA. We also share information between our group companies, which are located in countries worldwide, in order to provide any information or assistance requested by you.  These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA.  If we transfer your information outside of the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
