Job Description :
To do Product Development as Sales Strategy in the innovation plan to fulfil customer demand and to make necessary recommend modifications to existings products to either reduce cost and improve performance.
|
Role Description :
Management of direct reports to ensure delivery on time of Innovation plan.
Responsible for respective areas of the laboratory with respect to Housekeeping and HSE.
Support QC with complaints and problem solving.
Support Product Development trials with Sales or Technical teams for new product or raw material changes and subsitutes.
Together with TM establish manufacturing procedures

Key Skills and Experience :
Essential:
3 years experience as R&D member in Chemical Company.
2 years experience as Analyst in chemical Company.
Degree from a recognised university (Analyst/Chemical Engineer)
Desirable:
Experience of Construction Industry
Knowledge of competitors products
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementations
