Reliance Industries Ltd. had undertaken construction of a Sea Water Filtration Unit at their Marine Tank Farms (MTF) located at Jamnagar, Gujarat

The structure had to be completely watertight and durable

Additionally, there was a requirement for an anti-carbonation/ anti-chloride protective coating (internal) to give long term durability to the structure

The clients were also concerned about the economic implications of the total project

Cost minimization was a high priority and as such, Fosroc India recommended a combination system using Fosroc Dekguard S300 undercoat and an economical product solution, Fosroc Nitocote ET140 as the topcoat

The system was approved and implemented successfully to the satisfaction of the clients
