  • A layer of Fosroc Proofex Geomembrane (0.3mm high density PVC sheet)

  • 2.0mm thick Fosroc Proofex SM (spray applied, fast cure elastic membrane)

  • And lastly, protected and bonded with a layer of Fosroc Scrim 2220 (125gm/m² geotextile)

Value to Client

  • Fosroc Malaysia’s solution provided;

  • A functional floor that meets the GMP standards (required for products manufactured for export market)

  • A floor that is clean, eliminates bacteria growth, is easy to maintain, chemical resistant and has an aesthetically pleasing overall appearance

  • Fosroc Malaysia was able to keep pace with an extremely fast track project by completing 35,000m² (Module 1) of epoxy flooring works in 21 days so that the client could commence their business on schedule
